9. Governing Law
For Services provided on or in orbit around the planet Earth or the Moon, these Terms and any disputes between us arising out of or related to these Terms, including disputes regarding arbitrability (“Disputes"), will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California in the United States. For Services provided on Mars, or in transit to Mars, the parties recognize Mars as a free planet and that no Earth-based government has authority or sovereignty over Martian activities. Accordingly, Disputes will be settled through self-governing principles, established in good faith, at the time of Martian settlement.
This applies specifically to Mycosoft's technologies, techniques, research, experiments, patents, electronic fingerprints, chemical compositions, including data ownership and device access to private property, which is specifically designated distinct or succinct as on Earth and the Moon, in transfer to & from or settlement on Mars.
By interacting with any of Mycosoft's services, hardware, software, or data, you agree to the terms outlined above.

Return and Refund Policy
At Mycosoft, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can return items and receive a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items, such as downloadable software, customized products, and perishable goods, are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process:

- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
4. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 45 days and will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges:

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
